Integrate SailEdge™ by SailrScience into your business.

ORC-certificate-grounded performance deltas, delivered through the R16 physics release and protected partner workflows under your brand. No infrastructure to build. No model to maintain.

Integration

Powered by SailrScience. Presented as yours.

You get access to the same certificate-anchored runtime behind every Edge Map (the performance delta grid — every sail measured against your boat’s ORC polar at every wind speed and angle), every Digital Twin (the live performance model SailEdge builds from your ORC certificate — its certified dimensions, rig geometry and rated sail inventory), every per-sail force breakdown, and every whole-boat comparison on sailr.science. We handle the model, the updates, and the protected service layer. You handle the client relationship.

Partner ecosystem — ORC certificates, sail lofts, and naval architects converge into the SailrScience platform, delivering quantified Edge Maps to ORC racers

🏷️ Your Brand.

Every Edge Map Report your client sees carries your branding, not ours. Your logo. Your color. Your deliverable.

🔒 Your Clients.

We never contact your clients. Your client list, your relationships, your conversations — none of it flows back to us. Period.

🖥 Organization environment

Your Sail Tuning Library, your Boat Tuning Library, your client configurations — stored within SailEdge’s account environment with organization-level access controls and tenant isolation. Named tuning profiles persist across seasons. API-authenticated.

⚙️ Engineering-Grade Access

Expert Mode (the professional tier’s deeper readout of the same solved physics — never a better answer) opens the bounded professional tuning and review surfaces. Per-sail sailmaker overlays, runtime boat review, regime trim packages, and Sail Tuning Profiles (the loft design team’s sail-side characterization — planform geometry, bounded tuning and construction insight, evaluated against on-water test data) all stay protected server-side. Every iteration builds a proprietary library only you can access.

📊 On-Water Feedback Loop

On the roadmap: season results feed back into tuning profiles. Race data tightens the model. Your Edge Maps get sharper with every season. See R13 — Connected Digital Twin for details.

Who It’s For

Three businesses. One certificate-grounded platform.

Sail Lofts

Expert Mode for your design team. Your engineer tunes how the runtime represents your sails, builds named sailmaker profiles, and stores them in your Sail Tuning Library. Your reps distribute calibrated Edge Maps to every client in the fleet — same calibration, consistent results. The sail-side model is foil-aware and the whole-boat outcome shows whether extra drive survived the full balance.

Naval Architects

Expert Mode lets you review and tune the live R16 runtime hydro path for your platform, then store the result in your Boat Tuning Library for every boat in a class you’ve pre-tuned. Sailmakers build on the same governed boat foundation instead of re-inventing the hull story boat by boat.

Boat Builders

Every delivery includes a SailEdge™ Digital Twin. The buyer leaves the yard with pre-tuned class physics, upgrade paths, and coverage gaps mapped across the full wind range. Differentiate the handover. Give buyers a reason to come back for sails, not just service.

Versioned artifacts keep a hard line between certificate data (immutable) and partner tuning data (yours). Your clients get the Edge Map — the delta, the conditions, the whole-boat outcome, the decision. Your protected tuning and server-side implementation never leave your library.

Licensing

Start with a demo. Scale when you’re ready.

No upfront integration project. No minimum commitment. No hardware. You start by running an Edge Map for a real client — your boat, your sails, real conditions. If it changes the conversation, we talk about what comes next.

Try

See if it fits.

Upload a client’s ORC certificate and run an Edge Map on the spot. No contract. No setup. See if it changes the conversation.

Integrate

Make it yours.

Per-sail force attribution, whole-boat outcome, and confidence indicators (the model’s own statement of how sure a cell is — an amber cell names the boundary that limits it) on every Edge Map cell (one intersection of the wind matrix — one true wind angle, one true wind speed, one sail combination evaluated against the ORC polar). Your branding on reports. Client history on file. Dedicated workspace for your team. Run Sail Studies (one sail changed, everything else held constant, the result shown across the wind range) to isolate one question for a client — one sail, one wind range, one answer.

Partner

Build on it.

Organization environment. Expert Mode access. Sail Tuning Library and Boat Tuning Library persist your calibration work across seasons. API access. Co-marketing. Protected server-side IP boundaries stay intact.

Three programs, one principle: you pay for what you use.
We’ll build the program around your business, not the other way around.

Evaluating a formal engagement? The corporate side of the house runs the partnership programs — and the Farr Design case study shows the model working: their brand forward, our attribution in the footer, their clients untouched. Explore partnerships →

Boat builders: the handover gets better too. The buyer leaves the yard with a twin built from what you built — declared geometry on record.

Start in 14 days

From certs to consultations in two weeks.

You upload: ORC certificates + cut sheets for your pilot fleet.
SailEdge builds: Digital Twins + Edge Maps for every boat.
Your team runs: Live consultations with clients using real data.
You decide: Scale up, adjust scope, or walk away — no lock-in.

Partner Spotlight

Farr Design has adopted SailrScience physics.

Farr Design — the storied yacht design firm behind a long succession of successful racing programs — has adopted SailrScience physics to advance their consulting workflow. SailEdge™ and FleetEdge™ by SailrScience carry that work: SailEdge the per-boat analysis, FleetEdge the fleet-scale analytics.

“Almost daily, we get requests from clients to help optimize and improve their boat’s performance. Questions like ‘What happens to performance if I cut down my jib or change my crew weight?’ are common. SailrScience is bringing a new level of data science to assessing the impact of configuration changes, allowing us to answer these questions for our clients more efficiently. The physics underlying the SailrScience models are based on widely used, well-validated algorithms — but the proof is in the details. In a detailed study of our Farr 40 One Design, looking at eight configuration changes, SailrScience’s evaluations consistently matched our proprietary in-house models. The SailrScience toolkit is now an exciting new addition to our consulting offerings.”

– Britton Ward, Principal, Farr Yacht Design, Ltd.

In July 2026 SailrScience compared its R16 physics against Farr Design’s own VPP across a matrix of wind angles and speeds, for eight certificate configurations of a Farr 40 One-Design. Farr Design reviewed the comparison.

What SailEdge reports is a performance change relative to the boat’s ORC certificate polar — how much faster or slower a configuration sails than the boat as certified, in knots or in seconds per mile. It is not a rating change. A rating is ORC’s to issue; a changed configuration is rated through a trial certificate from the rating office using official ORC software.

The relationship is reciprocal: the Farr Design site carries a "Powered by sailr.science™" footer attribution; SailrScience maintains the partner case study at the corporate Partners surface.

The relationship is an active partnership, not an exclusive arrangement. SailrScience remains independent and certificate-grounded across every analysis it performs.
